Our Promise to You
Every Zumaish product is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and the finest materials. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive warranty policy designed to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Coverage Period
All Zumaish products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
As all Zumaish products are made-to-order and crafted after purchase, the warranty coverage begins from the date the product is delivered.
Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order confirmation is required for all warranty claims.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship
- Faulty stitching or seams
- Hardware defects (zippers, clasps, locks)
- Structural integrity issues
- Lining defects
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Water, heat, or fire damage
- Color fading or patina development (natural characteristics of leather)
- Scratches or abrasions from normal use
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team through the form below or by email at Contact@zumaish.com
- Provide your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue
- Include clear photos showing the problem
Our warranty team will review your claim and provide further instructions within 3 business days.
Resolution Process
Upon approval of your warranty claim, depending on the nature of the defect, we will:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Replace the product with an identical item or comparable substitute if the original is no longer available, or
- Issue store credit for the original purchase price
The processing time for warranty claims is typically 2–3 weeks after we receive your item.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items for warranty evaluation. Zumaish will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replacement items back to the customer.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
