• All Zumaish products are made-to-order, ensuring each item is newly crafted exclusively for you. Production begins once your order is confirmed.
• Made-to-order items are final sale, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to Zumaish.
• Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure gateways listed at checkout.
• All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS and processed via PCI DSS–compliant gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Pakistan. Delivery times vary by destination.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for courier delays, customs inspections, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Certain regions or countries may be excluded from shipping due to legal or logistical restrictions.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Because each item is handcrafted, minor variations in design, leather grain, or color are natural and should be celebrated as part of the authenticity of Zumaish. These are not considered defects.
• We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.
• Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery, and items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
• Refunds (when approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.
