Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 4 business days.

International Shipping (Currently Free)

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package weight.

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days, starting at $29.95
  • Premium International: 4-7 business days, starting at $49.95

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order status by logging into your Zumaish account or contacting our customer service team.

Returns & Exchanges

At Zumaish Luxury Leather, every piece is handcrafted especially for you. Because of our made-to-order craftsmanship, each item is created after your order is confirmed—ensuring that it is newly made, never pre-owned, and tailored with care.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so while our policy is more selective than mass retailers, it is designed to balance artisanal quality with customer satisfaction.

Return Policy

We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. Because all Zumaish products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for non-defective products or change-of-mind requests. To be eligible for a defective or incorrect item return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

While we cannot accept “change of mind” returns due to our made-to-order model, we proudly stand behind our work with free exchanges and a two-year warranty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders (all our products are made-to-order)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • roducts showing wear, damage, or alterations not caused by us

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds cover the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For defective or incorrect items, Zumaish covers all return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit matters. If your jacket doesn’t fit as expected, we offer one-time free exchanges. for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please complete the form below to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once our team reviews your submission, you will receive your RMA number along with convenient prepaid return instructions—making the process as smooth and effortless as possible.
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging with the RMA included.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
